Gardner, MA (TND/WJAR) — A manhunt is underway for a man authorities said killed his wife while their children were at home.
Law enforcement in Massachusetts are searching for 33-year-old Aaron Pennington after police found 30-year-old Breanne Pennington dead inside her home over the weekend.
Police in Gardner, Massachusetts reported to a home on Cherry Street after getting a report of a disturbance.
Four children, ages 2, 5, 7 and 9, were in the home, said Joseph D. Early Jr., Worcester County District Attorney.
The couple has four young children.
The children were found in the custody of the neighbor when police arrived to the home on Sunday, according to Early.
Aaron Pennington is said to be driving a white BMW and is considered armed and dangerous.
Early said he may be operating the vehicle with any of these plates: Massachusetts Veteran plate: 8A30, Texas plate: DTZ3103 or California plate: 6CWN728.
Police say not to approach the man and to call the police.
Massachusetts State Police joined in the search after the weekend murder of his wife Breanne in their home in Gardner.
