Perry County, PA — A Perry County man is facing murder charges for the death of a 6-week-old in a DUI crash on New Year's Eve, police say.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, troopers were called to a single vehicle crash in Greenwood Township, Perry County around 9:00 PM on December 31, 2021.
During the investigation, police say it was discovered Kevin Kissinger was intoxicated at the time of the crash. Police say Kissinger put the infant in the front seat of the vehicle without properly restraining them.
Kissinger now faces third degree murder charges, homicide by vehicle while DUI and Involuntary Manslaughter charges amongst others.
