Ashville man pleads guilty to filming child sex acts, DOJ says

Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities say an Ashville man appeared in federal court Wednesday where he pleaded guilty to charges related to the filming of child sex acts. Michael Sollenberger, 41, was charged in 2020 after investigators discovered a video of him reportedly raping a young girl. Authorities say Sollenberger admitted to taking naked photographs of a young female, between the ages of 8 and 10-years-old. Crews called to drowning incident at local hotel pool
