BOALSBURG, Pa. - Walter Bahr, the last living member of the U.S. soccer team that upset England at the 1950 World Cup, had died at age 91. CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. — An SCI Houtzdale inmate who was in prison for of rape of a child on a Montgomery County conviction was found dead in his cell Thursday evening, according to a press release. The press release states that Roberto Quevada, 79, was serving a 15-to-30-year sentence and has been at SCI Houtzdale since January 6, 2009.
