HUNTINGDON – The Salvation Army churchgoers came together for a celebration Sunday.
Nearly three years ago, a church on Shadyside Avenue went up in flames -- leaving the building unrecognizable.
Now the Huntingdon County community is coming together to celebrate.
"It makes me feel happy that it's fixed," resident Owen Hess said.
A building rededication was held, to celebrate the walls of a new church that is finally rebuilt.
Residents have seen two fires and years of repairing a church in Huntingdon.

As restaurants across the state are changing their operations to only takeout and delivery meals, one restaurant in Cambria County is vowing to keep its servers on staff.
Nyko's on Scalp Avenue in Johnstown has decided to make a few changes to get through this tough time. This comes after Gov. Tom Wolf announced the closure of all sit-down restaurants because of COVID-19 concerns.

Middletown, Dauphin County — Today marked a crucial step for the Pennsylvania Turnpike that could potentially save drivers some cash in the long run. For the last time, the turnpike paid out a $450 million payment to the state.
“Our customers have done their part and have paid more than their fair share,” said Pennsylvania Turnpike CEO Mark Compton.
Before anyone strikes up the marching band, toll prices will go up next year by five percent and five percent until 2025.

Authorities posted a clip of the barking to their Facebook page Tuesday morning.

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Pittsburgh Penguins CEO David Morehouse stepped down Wednesday, ending a 16-year run with the franchise that included three Stanley Cup titles.
Morehouse did not provide an explanation for his decision in a release. The Penguins changed ownership last fall when Fenway Sports Group bought the club from Hall of Famer Mario Lemieux and Ron Burkle.

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa — One local hair salon in Blair County is going against Governor Wolf's order to remain closed.
Tame Your Mane, located in East Freedom, first reopened on May 1st. Owner Julie Potter says she had no choice but to save her salon.
"Since Friday, we've done nothing but put smiles on peoples faces," says Potter.
