He was scheduled to speak at the university last year, but the university says the event was canceled due to the “threat of escalating violence.”
6 News spoke with the group that is hosting the event about their plan for this year.
Last year, Alex Stein was scheduled to speak alongside Gavin McInnes, who is the founder of the right-wing extremist group “The Proud Boys.

PITTSBURGH (WJAC) — The wait is over! Pittsburgh Pirates top pitching prospect Paul Skenes is scheduled to make his MLB debut this weekend when the Bucs host the Chicago Cubs.
The team announced Wednesday that Skenes is expected to start Saturday's game.
Skenes was drafted by Pittsburgh, first overall, last summer and was quickly promoted to the organization's Double-A affiliate, the Altoona Curve.
The LSU product then began this season with the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians.

This week, the Penn State trustees committee on outreach, development and community relations heard an update on the new fundraising campaign, which kicked off its “quiet phase” last July and isn't expected to wrap up until June of 2030, which will coincide with the 175th anniversary of the founding of Penn State.

HOUSTON (TND) — A Texas man was gunned down at a McDonald's for reportedly stepping in during a confrontation between a customer and a restaurant employee. Houston police responded to a shooting at 8147 Katy Freeway on Saturday and found a 46-year-old man unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced that the victim was dead at the scene, according to police. The victim was Jeffrey Limmer, an attorney in the Houston area, according to local media reports.
